An Anglican Priest from Calgary, Canada, Clara has been researching, discerning and fostering congregational health since 2005, using tools such as adaptive leadership.
Until May 2021, Clara was the Rector of St. George's Anglican Church, restarting this wonderful multi-ethnic congregation in working-class North East Calgary. She was also the first Rural Missioner to serve The Anglican Diocese of Calgary, catalyzing emotional health and adaptive change in small communities and broad systems across the Diocese and beyond. Now, Clara is pursuing a PhD in Practical Theology at Fuller Seminary, studying adaptive leadership.
With her husband Michael, she has two adult step-daughters, two characterful horses, and a delightful Border Terrier named Jonah.
